Made the Southward way.
Made Slow. Not with sloe berries but using beautiful local Blueberries. in a  Sloe Gin Method. Steeped and pressed with Time and Patience. A classic rich Sweet tone. But they weren?t done there... 

Reaching out to Alexia Winery in Martinbrough, Frankie at the team at Southward managed to get their hands on a used a Cabernet Franc Barrel to further layer this gin. It all comes together with Terroir, Richness, and Lush with A Rebel Spirit. Beautiful.

Expect notes of berry jam on the nose, deep cherry and sweet wood.
On the palate there's rich wood and mellow port feel, tannic finish with more berry fullness. *chefs kiss*
